Dr. Fulcher, originally from Heyburn, Idaho, moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in  2017 to join the Ridgetop Animal Hospital team.  Dr. Fulcher’s veterinary passions include surgery and dentistry, as well as growing the human animal bond through excellent preventive health care.  He also has received additional training by ACVS boarded veterinary surgeons in common orthopedic procedures, including cruciate ligament injury management, TPLO, MPL, FHO, and fracture repair. 

In his free time, Dr. Fulcher enjoys exploring the waters, trails, and mountains around the Kitsap Peninsula with his family, including a sweet-but-feisty, three-legged Chihuahua named Ginny. Prior to veterinary medicine, Dr. Fulcher received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Music degrees in vocal performance, and enjoys singing in choral ensembles and participating in the musical community around the Puget Sound.
